How do clients book?
Two ways: through the Telegram bot @appointme_now_bot (they pick branch, service, master, date and time), or through the widget embedded on your website. Both create a confirmed booking instantly.

Do I pay commission on each booking?
No. AppointMe is a flat monthly subscription. You never pay per booking or per client.
How do reminders work?
Every 15 minutes we check upcoming visits and send a Telegram reminder 2 hours before. Clients who booked via Telegram get it automatically.
Can a master have their own schedule?
Yes. Each master has a weekly schedule with working hours and days off. The system only offers free slots that fit the schedule and don’t overlap existing bookings.
Can I run several branches?
Yes. Add branches, assign masters and services per branch. Services can be available everywhere or only in specific branches.
What if a client doesn’t use Telegram?
They book through the website widget. The widget works on any site and needs no installation.
Is my client data safe?
Only your salon admins can see bookings and client data. Public visitors only see the booking form and published blog posts.
How do I log in to the admin panel?
Go to /partner/login and sign in with your phone number and password.
